Height is volume, colour is verdict. A tall green tower is a busy country, not a compromised one — busy is normal for large networks.

Red requires corroboration. Two independent sources must agree before a country turns red; a single loud source stays amber. Same rule as posture.

Towers stand on observed centroids — the mean position of our own points for that country, so a tower sits where the evidence is.
